Dear Ms. Stever:
I am writing to let you know how pleased my husband and I are that we moved our children from another day care facility in Castle Rock to Children’s Choice.
It is amazing the relief I feel since we started bringing our children to your facility. At their previous day care, we felt that it was some what of a “meat market”; packing as many kids as they could into the facility with little one-on-one instruction or care. It seemed as though the employees there really didn’t care about the children; that they were there just to have a job and get a paycheck. Our rates changed almost on a monthly basis with us experiencing rate increases five times over a six month period.
Since coming to Children’s Choice about a month ago, we have been so pleased with our daughters Erin and Drew’s care. Your facility demonstrates outstanding care and concern for our children. I would especially like to comment on particular teachers/aides at your center.
In my daughter Erin’s kindergarten class, your class aide Jessica is fantastic. Since day one, when I first came to research your center, she has been friendly, helpful and extremely caring. She goes out of her way to let me know how Erin did on that particular day and lets me know what they have been doing. She was the first person I met in the kindergarten class and was my first impression of the classroom. She represented your facility in the best way possible.
In my daughter Drew’s crocodile class, both Chantelle the class aide and your teacher Carrie have impressed me. They both pleasantly surprised me with their concern regarding Drew’s new eye drops. Carrie wanted to know if there were any extra exercises that they could help her with to help out her eyesight. Our previous day care center could have cared less about the health of my daughter’s eyes and we had to replace parts on her glasses at the prior center because they were not concerned about other children playing with Drew’s eyeglasses. Chantelle and Carrie’s proactive approach to helping Drew and wanting to learn more about her condition and what they could do to help her immensely impressed me.
Thank you so much for your continued loving care and guidance of my children. Please commend your employees for their outstanding work ethic and true compassion for children.
Sincerely,

My husband and I had an experience recently that made us realize that we
definitely selected the right daycare/pre-k program for our children. First
of all, we were very impressed with the core knowledge that Maggie would
come home and share with us after learning new things in Ms. Carolyn's
class. At the end of the year, the graduation was a great! We were impressed
that the kids knew all 50 states, could speak Spanish, and learned sign
language, among other things. But, that is not the reason I am writing this note. We knew that we received 'STELLAR' pre-K education for Maggie. However, this was reinforced when we attended the orientation day for Kindergarten. We talked with other parents who had kids in pre-K programs elsewhere that did not have the confidence we did that their child was 'ready" for the curriculum. Everything the teacher mentioned as the key learning and focus of Kindergarten, Maggie has already learned in the Pre-K program at Children's Choice.
My husband and I looked at each other in the orientation and wondered exactly what Maggie would get out of school this year and we realized this is a great problem to have!! Maggie will more than likely be placed in advanced areas because of the great education base she received at your center.
Ms. Carolyn is currently the teacher for our son, Jacob, and we feel very good about it!! We know that Jacob will graduate from her class with more than enough knowledge to succeed in Kindergarten.
Thank you so much for Ms. Carolyn and for the great educational program you offer for Pre K at Children's Choice.
Sincerely,
Brenda Coers

Dear CC Staff:
This letter is in regard to one of your teachers Cynthia.
I’ve seen that she is committed to her job of caring for children and goes beyond what is expected of a teacher. She finds ways to encourage children to cooperate and play together while also teaching them important life skills. She is creative in her teaching methods and in planning supplementary activities to promote the children’s interest in learning.
When a teacher shows dedication and ability in the area of childcare it is important that she be recognized for her efforts.
Sincerely,Smita Kramer

Dear Lone Tree Staff,
I would like to thank you for having such a wonderful child care center. You have always been extremely kind and generous to us. Recently my husband forgot to bring bottles and food for our baby, but instead of calling me and asking me to leave work and bring them (which would have been completely understandable), the teacher called and asked me what type of bottles we use so they could go to the store and buy them for us. My husband and I were floored. I've never heard of any other child care center doing something like that.
In addition, our two year old son was just recently potty trained in your Kanga class. Without the help and support of the Kanga teachers, there is no way the potty training would have gone as smooth. Our son was completely potty trained in a week and a half. Your teachers deserve medals for their hard work and dedication! Thank you again for everything you do.
Sincerely,
Josh and Ashley Shuford
